Do you deliver?
- No interstate deliveries at this stage (unless you organise your own courier service prior)
- Pickup available at our office/showroom as per our opening hours
- Local deliveries are subject to suburb and a minimum order of $150.00 – call us for a further clarification

Do you sell per item or box?
See the individual item on our website for details of quantity unit of measure available or call us for further information.

Do you sell to the public?
Yes, we are open to the public with a party shop and showroom with over 3000 items. Our trading hours are listed on the website. Not open Sundays or public holidays.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by email, phone or fax.
For delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm to receive the next day. No same day deliveries are available but you are welcome to pick up same day so long as you give us some notice for large orders.

How do I get a quote?
Email your details and requirements and we will reply within 1 business day.

How do I arrange to see a rep for my business?
Phone or email us (Melbourne area only)

How do we pay?
We accept cash, business cheque, eftpos, all major credit cards (2% surcharge charged), business account (conditions apply). For non business account customers payment must be received before goods are released.
